You can recognize the work of any employee at any time on the Give Recognition tab of the Employee Recognition Screen.
This feature must be enabled on the Features screen (), before it displays on the Performance menu. You must enable the Employee Recognition Page sub-feature to give employees access to the Give Recognition (and My Recognition) tab. Additional Employee Recognition sub-features are found on the Features Screen, under Employee Recognition ().
To recognize an employee for their work:

Click

Click the
Give Recognition tab.

Under
Who Would You Like to Recognize, click
Select and enter or select the following search criteria:

To select an individual in the search results list, click the add icon.

When all appropriate selections are added, click
Confirm Selection.
The selected employee(s) display on the Give Recognition tab.

In the
Employee Recognition Title field, enter a name for the recognition.

In the
Employee Recognition Description field, enter a short description of why you are recognizing the selected employee(s).

In the
Badge Category drop-down list, select a category.
After you select a category, the Badge options available for the selected category display in the field below. Select the Badge from the list. To select multiple Badges from a category, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking your selections.

Designate the recognition as
Public or
Private. If the Public Employee Recognition sub-feature is enabled for your company, recognitions marked
Public are visible companywide to all employees on the Public tab of the Employee Recognition Screen. Private recognitions are visible to the employee, the manager, and the creator of the recognition.

Click
Submit.
After adding the Recognition, a notification is sent to the receiver, their manager, and the user who created the recognition.
