Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Position Profile Screen

Access the Position Profile Screen by clicking a Job Title anywhere in Talent Management.

These instructions show how to access your own Position Profile Screen via the Total Talent Profile, where all employees can access their own Job Profile details. However, depending on permissions, you can access other employee job profile details by clicking a job title on any screen where one displays.

To display your position profile on the Total Talent Profile:

  1. Click your Account image in the upper right of the Talent Management browser.
  2. Click Total Talent Profile.
  3. In the About Me pane next to your photo, click your Job Title.
