  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Development Plans Screen as a Manager Viewing Employee Plans

You can display the development plans you've created for direct or indirect reports, or as an administrator, from the My Employees menu. You can also access these development plans from an employee’s Total Talent Profile.

To display the Development Plans screen as a manager:

  1. Click My Employees > My Employees.
  2. Click the Development tab in the upper right.
    Active plans display in the Development Plan section for each employee.
  3. Click a development plan to open the Development Plan screen and view plan details.
  4. Click Manage Development Plans to open the Development Plans screen for the selected employee.
