Personalize and Filter Approvals

You can personalize the Approvals screen to display only those columns that you find relevant.

To refine the list of requisitions on the Approvals screen:

  1. At the top of the Approvals screen, click Filter to expand the display of filter options.
  2. Enter values in the following fields, as applicable.
    Field Description
    Section to search
    In this field, select from the following. You can make more than one selection:
    • Requisitions
    • Offers
    • Appraisals
    • All
    • Self-Service
    Selecting Requisitions or Offers in this filter criteria displays the following subfilters:
    • Requisition Title
    • Req #
    • Candidate Name
    Selecting Appraisals in this filter criteria displays the following subfilters:
    • Employee
    • Job Title
    • Manager
    • Show only Appraisals Assigned to me
    Include History Select this check box to include the timestamp for all previous approvals.
    Company In this field, select the specific company, if necessary.
    Division In this field, select the specific division, if necessary.
    Division In this field, select the specific department, if necessary.
    Approvers In this field, click Search Employees and select specific individuals to include in the list of approvers, if necessary.
  3. If you want to reset your view to the default listing, click Clear Filter.
  4. Click Close to collapse the display of filter options.
