  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Bulk Launch a 360 Assessment

Follow these steps to bulk launch 360 assessments.

To perform these steps you must belong to a user group with access to the 360s Administration Screen. On the Features Screen Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Features, expand 360 » 360s Administration. For Human Resource Business Partner users, expand 360 » 360 HRBP Administration » 360s Administration.

To bulk launch a 360 assessment as an administrator or HRBP:

  1. Access the 360s Administration screen (Administration > Global Settings > Performance > 360s > 360s Administration).
  2. Click the Bulk 360 Actions button.
    The Bulk 360 Actions Screen opens.
  3. Click the Bulk Launch 360 button.
    The Bulk Launch 360 dialog opens.
  4. Select the source for the 360 assessment (Best Fit Workflow, Choose Workflow, Start from Scratch). Click Submit when done.
  5. Click the Bulk Launch 360 button.
    The Bulk Launch 360 Screen opens.
  6. Perform the steps in the multi-step wizard. The steps you see depend on the template you selected in step 4:
    • Identification
    • Categories
    • Content
    • Select Employees
    • Select 360 Participants
    • Review
  7. Click Finish.

    After an administrator launches an assessment, the manager should add and verify participants (up to a limit of 50) in the planning phase, and move the appraisal phases from assessment to close. It is a good idea to update existing 360 Assessment Created (Manager) notification Admin > Notification Events > 360 > 360 Assessment Created (Manager) to include instructions for managers to add participants and move phases.
