These help topics provide descriptions of individual fields and options on the Timesheets form and related dialog boxes in the Timesheets area.
Use the Timesheets form to enter the hours you work during a timesheet period. Your timesheet also may include time for special categories with pre-defined values (holiday and vacation time, for example).
Use the toolbar in the Timesheets area to save, copy, and submit timesheets and to view or print timesheet reports.
Revision Explanation Dialog Box
You may be required to provide an explanation if you revise a previously saved timesheet. If an explanation is required, the Revision Explanation dialog box displays automatically.
Print Report Dialog Box
Use the Print Report dialog box to view or print a Detailed Timesheet report or Summarized Timesheet report for a timesheet.
Timesheet Settings Dialog Box
Use the Timesheet Settings dialog box to indicate if you want to automatically generate either a Detailed Timesheet or Summarized Timesheet report each time you submit a timesheet for processing.
