Click this field to indicate if you want to view plan amounts at billing or at cost.
Billing or
Cost displays next to the titles of dashparts that are affected by this setting.
The
Budget Type option on the Plan Settings dialog box allows you to specify how you want to view the plan's amounts, at billing or at cost. After you make a selection, the
Billing or Cost options display on the dashboard to indicate what you are viewing. If you select
Cost and Billing in the Plan Settings dialog box, both
Billing and
Cost are available in
Show, and you can switch between them. When you switch, the tab's charts and tables update to reflect your selection. Note that as you switch between billing and cost, different criteria may display on the chart.
If your firm uses the Multicurrency feature in
Vision, the currency in use is indicated in
Show next to the
Billing
and
Cost options. The project currency is always used when viewing projects and plans at cost. The currency used when viewing projects and plans at billing is determined by a
Vision configuration setting that your system administrator selects. See the Use Project and Billing Currencies online help topic for more information on currencies.
Note: When you select the
Cost option, some information may not display because of your security access. Settings on the Accounting tab on the Roles form in
Vision () determine your access rights to labor cost rates and amounts in
iAccess. See the Security Settings and Labor Cost Amounts online help topic for more information.

Dashparts
|
The dashboard on the Overview tab can display four dashparts--charts and tables--that provide visual indicators of your project's key information, enabling you to track how your project is trending and identify any areas that might need attention. At any time, you can substitute a different dashpart for any of those currently displayed.
