Connect to Kona Business

If your firm has implemented integration of iAccess with Kona Business, use the My Settings dialog box to connect to Kona Business from iAccess.

If you are associated with the integrated Kona Business account, you can connect to that account on the My Settings dialog box in iAccess and then access Kona spaces for projects on the Collaboration tab in the Project Management workspace. You can also access Kona spaces for opportunities on the Collaboration tab in the Opportunities area of the Business Development workspace and create Kona tasks for touchpoints related to opportunities.

If your Kona credentials are already entered on the Misc tab of the User Options dialog box in Vision, they provide access to Kona from iAccess as well. You do not need to go through the procedure below. If you change your Kona credentials in either Vision or iAccess, it changes them for both applications.

To connect to Kona Business, complete the following steps:
  1. On the iAccess toolbar, click and click My Settings.
  2. On the My Settings dialog box, click Connect next to Kona.

    If your firm has not implemented Kona Business integration, the Connect button for Kona Business is not available.

  3. On the Log In dialog box, enter the email address and password that you use to access Kona Business, and click Log In.

    The connection is established, and connection information displays below Kona on the My Settings dialog box.

  4. Close the My Settings dialog box.

    You can save or cancel to close the My Settings dialog box. The Kona connection is not affected by either action. Once you connect to Kona, you remain connected until you click Disconnect in the My Settings dialog box.
