Expense Reports Toolbar

Use the toolbar in the Expense Reports area to save, copy, submit, and print expense reports. The toolbar also has options for attaching receipts to expenses and overriding currency exchange rates.

Field Description
Click this icon to display the Expense Report Receipts dialog box and upload receipts for your expense report. For each receipt file, you can indicate if you want to attach it automatically to new expense items that you add to the report. You can also view a list of the files that have been uploaded for the report, display a receipt file, and delete receipt files.
To override the default currency or exchange rate for expenses you are going to add to the report, click this icon and enter the override information in the Currency Override dialog box.

This option is only available if your firm uses the Multicurrency feature in Vision.

Click this icon to save your unsaved expense report entries.
Click this icon to submit the current expense report for processing. After you submit, the expense report status changes to Submitted.
Click this icon to copy the existing expense report and use it as the basis for a new expense report.
Click this icon to open the Print Report dialog box and print a Detailed Expense Report or Summarized Expense Report.
Click this icon to delete the current expense report.
Click this icon to open the Expense Report Settings dialog box. In that dialog box, you can specify whether you want expense reports listed in the selection list by expense report name or date, and you can indicate if you want to automatically print the Detailed Expense Report or Summarized Expense Report when you submit an expense report.
