Reimbursable Consultants Billing Markup Field

When you display the Consultants page on the Planning tab, the Reimb. Consultant Billing Markup field displays above the charts on the Planning toolbar and shows the reimbursable consultants billing markup rate method for the plan.

For iAccess plans, the markup is specified on the Consultants tab on the Plan Settings dialog box, and for Vision plans, it is set on the Rates tab in Project Planning. If a project has multiple Vision plans that are in utilization, this field displays the value from the plan with the earliest creation date.

When markup is configured for an iAccess plan, you enter planned values at cost, and iAccess calculates the billing amounts. The markups only apply to reimbursable consultants; for direct consultants the planned amount is the same at cost and billing.

The following are the possible values for the Reimb. Consultant Billing Markup field:

• If the rate method is Multiplier Only, this field displays Multiplier.
• If the rate method is Account Rate Table or Category Rate Table, this field displays Table.
• If the rate method is None, this field displays No Markup.
