Additional Documentation Dialog Box

If this dialog box displays when you click for an invoice in the grid on the Invoices tab, use it to indicate which additional documents you want to view along with the invoice.

This dialog box only displays when the invoice was not edited outside of Vision and then uploaded, and when the project's billing terms have the Print Backup Report or one of the Print Supporting Documents options selected.

Location

To display the Additional Documentation dialog box, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Project Management workspace, select the project for which you want to view invoice information.
  2. Click the Invoices tab.
  3. Click on or hover over the grid row for the invoice that you want to display, and click at the end of the row.

Field Description
View Backup Report This option is enabled if the Print Backup Report option is selected on the Billing Backup tab of the Billing Terms form in Vision (Billing > Billing Terms). Select this option to display the Billing Backup report after the invoice displays.
View Supporting Documents This option is enabled if either the A/P Vouchers or Expense Report option is selected in the Print Supporting Documents group box on the Billing Backup tab of the Billing Terms form in Vision (Billing > Billing Terms). Select this option to display supporting documents when the invoice displays.
Continue Click Continue to view the invoice and any additional documentation that you selected.
