Use the Expense Reports form to create an expense report and enter the expense items. - Expense Reports Toolbar
Use the toolbar in the Expense Reports area to save, copy, submit, and print expense reports. The toolbar also has options for attaching receipts to expenses and overriding currency exchange rates. - Business Meals Detail Dialog Box
Use the Business Meals Detail dialog box to enter additional information about a meal expense line item. You can display this dialog box if the expense category for the expense is associated with the Business Meals detail type. - General Detail Dialog Box
Use the General Detail dialog box to enter additional information about an expense line item. You can display this dialog box if the expense category for the expense is associated with the General detail type or when no category is assigned to the expense. - Travel Detail Dialog Box
Use the Travel Detail dialog box to enter additional information about a travel expense line item. You can display this dialog box if the expense category for the expense is associated with the Travel detail type. - Currency Override Dialog Box
If you use the Multicurrency feature in Vision, you can use the Currency Override dialog box to select a different currency type or exchange rate for one or more items on your expense report. This is useful in situations where the assigned default currency or exchange rate does not apply to the expense item that you are entering. - Taxes Dialog Box
If you use the Tax Auditing feature in Vision, use this dialog box to enter the tax code, description, and amount for the current expense item. - Expense Report Receipts Dialog Box
If Vision is configured to enable you to upload and attach documents to certain types of transactions, use the Expense Report Receipts dialog box to upload copies of your receipts to iAccess and attach them to an editable expense report. - Expense Line Receipts Dialog Box
If Vision is configured to enable you to upload and attach documents to certain types of transactions, use the Expense Line Receipts dialog box to upload copies of your receipts and attach them to one or more individual expenses on an editable expense report in iAccess. - Print Report Dialog Box
Use the Print Report dialog box to view or print a Detailed Expense Report or Summarized Expense Report. - Expense Report Settings Dialog Box
Use the Expense Report Settings dialog box to indicate if you want to automatically generate either a Detailed Expense Report or Summarized Expense Report each time you submit an expense report for processing. You can also specify whether you want expense reports listed in the selection list by expense report name or date.
