Changes Made to Vision Project Planning if iAccess Plans Are In Use

Options available in Vision Project Planning can change if you are using iAccess.

When you use iAccess, the following conditions are true in Vision Planning:

• Copy Current Plan option is disabled if you have an iAccess plan open.
• Select Plans to Copy option displays a message stating that you cannot copy the plan.
• Select Plans to Delete option does not allow you to delete an iAccess plan in Vision. You must delete the plan in iAccess.
• New Plan from Existing Project option does not allow you to create a new Vision plan for a project that already has an iAccess plan. You cannot merge a Vision plan with an iAccess plan.
• New Plan from Existing Opportunity option does not allow you to use an iAccess plan as a template.
