Check in an iAccess Plan
When you check out a plan, it is not available to other users until you check it back in. Even though iAccess automatically checks in a plan when you are finished with it, there may be situations in which you must manually check it in.
iAccess automatically checks in plans when you select a different project, log out of
iAccess, navigate to a different URL, use the browser's
Refresh option, or close the browser.
To check in
iAccess plans manually, complete the following steps:
- In the Project Management workspace, click in the upper-right corner of the workspace and click Check in Plans.
- On the Check In Plans dialog box, select the plans that you want to check in.
- Click Check In.
Note: You can also use the Check In Plan option in Vision Project Planning to check in a plan that also exists in Vision.
