Check in an iAccess Plan

When you check out a plan, it is not available to other users until you check it back in. Even though iAccess automatically checks in a plan when you are finished with it, there may be situations in which you must manually check it in.

iAccess automatically checks in plans when you select a different project, log out of iAccess, navigate to a different URL, use the browser's Refresh option, or close the browser.
To check in iAccess plans manually, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Project Management workspace, click in the upper-right corner of the workspace and click Check in Plans.
  2. On the Check In Plans dialog box, select the plans that you want to check in.
  3. Click Check In.

Note: You can also use the Check In Plan option in Vision Project Planning to check in a plan that also exists in Vision.
