Select Dashparts

iAccess provides 12 dashparts (charts and tables) for display on the dashboard on the Overview tab in the Project Management workspace. You can display up to four dashparts at a time, and you can use the Switch Dashpart dialog box to replace one dashpart with another on the dashboard.

If your security role in Vision gives you access to the dashboard in the Project Management workspace, you can select and view project, labor, expense, consultant, and invoice-related dashparts even if you do not have access to the corresponding planning pages.

To replace one dashpart on the dashboard with another, complete the following steps:

1. On the Overview tab in the Project Management workspace, click on the title bar for the dashpart you want to replace.
2. On the Switch Dashpart dialog box, select the dashpart that you want to display in that location on the dashboard.
3. Click Select.
