Change a Saved Report

If you create a saved report and later need to make changes to it, the procedure is nearly the same as when you originally created the report.

To change a saved a report, complete the following steps:
  1. In the workspace in which the report is located, click to go to the Reporting area.
  2. In the Find saved report field at the top of the Reporting area, select the saved report that you want to change.
  3. If necessary, do any or all of the following:
    • Click the currently displayed search name above the upper-left corner of the report and select a different standard or custom search.
    • Click and use the Report Settings dialog box to change the columns included in the report, the order of the columns, and how the report rows are grouped.
    • Click above the upper-right corner of the report and apply column filters.
    • Click a column heading to sort the report based on values in that column.
    • Click Rename Report next to the Find saved report field to change the report name.
  4. When the report displays the correct data in the format that you want, click on the Reporting toolbar.
  5. Select Save on the menu.
