Go to the Timesheets or Expense Reports Area

Use the icons on the left side of the Employee workspace to go to the Timesheets area or the Expense Reports area.

Access to the Employee workspace areas is defined for your security role on the iAccess tab of the Roles form in Vision (Configuration > Security > Roles).

Note also that if you are an active employee in more than one company in Vision, you can only view and edit your time and expenses for your home company in iAccess.

To go the Timesheets area or the Expense Reports area, complete the following steps:
  1. If you are not in the Employee workspace, click the name of your current workspace in the upper-left corner of the iAccess page, and click Employee on the drop-down list.
  2. Do either of the following:
    • To go to the Timesheets area, click on the left side of the workspace.
    • To go to the Expense Reports area, click on the left side of the workspace.
