Companies area to edit
company information or add a touchpoint for the
company.

Click this icon if you want to use the Edit
Company form to make changes to the summary and overview information for the currently selected
company or you want to delete that
company. (In most cases, you can also change this information directly in the summary along the left side of the
Companies area or on the Overview tab.)

Click this option to add a touchpoint (a simple activity such as a meeting or a phone call) for the currently displayed
company. (You can also add touchpoints for
a company on the Touchpoints tab.)
