Set Up Timesheet Reports to Print Automatically When You Submit

You can have your timesheet report print automatically when you submit a timesheet.

To set up a timesheet report to print automatically when you submit, complete the following steps:
  1. Click to go to the Timesheets area.
  2. Click on the Timesheets toolbar.
  3. Under Print Report When Submitted on the Timesheet Settings dialog box, select one of the following:
    • Detailed Timesheet: Print a Detailed Timesheet report that displays timesheet entries by employee and labor period. The report includes all information entered on the timesheet.
    • Summarized Timesheet: Print a Summarized Timesheet report. This report is a more compact version of the Detailed Timesheet report. It does not display names of work breakdown structure elements or timesheet comments.
    • Do Not Print Report: Print no timesheet report when you submit a timesheet.
  4. To print timesheet data for each project on a separate page, select Page Break by Project.
  5. To include revision audit information on the report, select Include Revision Audit Report. The Include Revision Audit Report check box only displays if timesheet revision auditing is enabled for your timesheets.
  6. Click Save.
