Project Management Invoices Tab

iAccess works directly with Vision to enable you to view the invoices that are related to your projects. The Invoices tab in the Project Management workspace in iAccess synthesizes information from various areas of Vision to provide a detailed overview of the receivables, dates, amounts, and retainage information for the project's invoices.

In Vision, you configure the various elements of the invoice, including how it is created and formatted, the numbering process, and the default client and address information to include. In iAccess, if you are assigned to approve or reject the project's invoices, you can preview a draft of the invoice that was created in Vision, review the associated details and fees, and add or update related comments. Because invoice information is shared between iAccess and Vision, any updates made in one application are automatically made in the other to ensure that you have access to the most current data.

You can also use the Invoices tab in iAccess to complete the approval process. Invoices are submitted and accepted in Vision, but can be approved or rejected in iAccess. In addition, if alerts are configured in Vision, email or dashboard notifications are sent to the appropriate employees to notify them when an action in the invoice approval process occurs in iAccess.
