Opportunities Overview Tab

The Overview tab in the Opportunities area provides a snapshot of the selected opportunity: description and location, stakeholders in your firm, and a variety of other characteristics of the opportunity.

Field Description
Description

This unlabeled field displays a description of the opportunity.

To edit or format the description, hover over the field, click , and make your entry in the Edit Opportunity Description dialog box.

Location

This field displays the street address and other location information associated with the opportunity.

To edit or format the description, hover over the field, click , and make your entry in the Edit Location dialog box.

Organization

This field displays the organization within your firm that is responsible for the opportunity.

To select a different organization, hover over the field and click next to the field. To remove the organization without selecting a replacement, hover over the field, click next to the field, and click Remove Organization on the Edit Organization dialog box.

Project Manager

This field displays the employee who is the project manager for the opportunity.

To select a project manager, hover over the field and click next to the field. In NAME on the Edit Project Manager dialog box, select the employee. The employee you select is also added to the Team Members grid on the Team tab and assigned the Project Manager role.

Principal

This field displays the employee who is the principal for the opportunity.

To select a principal, hover over the field and click next to the field. In NAME on the Edit Principal dialog box, select the employee. The employee you select is also added to the Team Members grid on the Team tab and assigned the Principal role.

Supervisor

This field displays the employee who is the supervisor for the opportunity.

To select a supervisor, hover over the field and click next to the field. In NAME on the Edit Supervisor dialog box, select the employee. The employee you select is also added to the Team Members grid on the Team tab and assigned the Supervisor role.

Field Description
Additional fields If your firm adds custom grids or fields (grids or fields that are not in the standard version of iAccess) to this tab, those grids and fields display below the last standard field. You can make entries in those grids and fields on this tab or on the Edit Opportunity form.
