Display Help Topics

Click on the iAccess toolbar or in a dialog box to access help topics.

In addition, access to help topics is often available from tooltips in the Project Management and Employee workspaces.

To display help topics for the area or dialog box you are working in, complete the following step:

Do one of the following:

• In the Project Management workspace or Employee workspace, click on the iAccess toolbar, and click Help on the menu to display an overview topic for iAccess as a whole. Use the Contents pane or the list of links at the end of the overview topic to display additional information.
• In the Business Development workspace, click on the iAccess toolbar, and click Help on the menu to display an overview help topic for the Business Development area you are currently working in. Use the Contents pane or the list of links at the end of the overview topic to display additional information.
• If you are working in a dialog box and want to display a help topic for that dialog box, click in the upper-right corner of the dialog box.
• To display a help topic related to a tooltip in the Project Management workspace or Employee workspace, display the tooltip and click More below the tooltip text.
