View a Kona Conversation, Task, Event, or File for a Project

Use the Kona panel on the Collaboration tab in the Project Management workspace to view conversations, tasks, events, and files in Kona for the selected project.

Prerequisites: The project must be associated with a space in Kona Business, and you must be a member of that space. In addition, the actions you can perform may be restricted by the access rights specified for you in Kona.

To view a conversation, task, event, or file for a project, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Project Management workspace, use the search field immediately above the project name to select the project.
  2. Click the Collaboration tab. (The number of your unread conversations displays at the right end of the Collaboration tab label.)
  3. In the lower-left corner of the tab, do one of the following:
    Object Description
    Click this icon to display a list of conversations for the current space
    Click this icon to display a list of tasks for the current space.
    Click this icon to display a list of events for the current space.
    Click this icon to display a list of files for the current space.
  4. Do any of the following:
    • If you displayed a list of conversations, click a conversation title to display the comments in that conversation.
    • If you displayed a list of tasks, events, or files, click the title of the task, event, or file to display information about it.
  5. To add a comment to the selected conversation, click in the blank field at the bottom of the list of comments, enter your comment, and click Send.
  6. To view information about the selected conversation, click .
  7. To view the conversation associated with the selected task, event, or file, click .
  8. To return to the list of conversations, click .
