Use invoice approvals feature in
iAccess to move invoices that were submitted in
Vision through the approval process to produce final invoices.
Alerts and Invoice Approvals
The invoice approvals process and associated alerts are configured in
Vision. If your firm implements the alerts,
Vision or
iAccess can automatically send an alert (email, dashboard, or both) for each action as it is completed during the invoice approval process (when an invoice is approved, for example). These alerts notify the designated employees that there is an invoice that requires their attention.
