Replace a Forgotten Password
If you forget your password for logging in to iAccess, you can replace it with a new password from the login page.
Prerequisite: This procedure requires that your employee information in Vision includes an email address.
To replace a forgotten password, complete the following steps:
- Display the iAccess login page.
- Click Forgot your password or user ID? above the PASSWORD field.
- On the Log In Assistance dialog box, enter your user ID in USER ID.

- If the user ID that you entered is valid and has an associated email address, iAccess sends an email message to that address that contains a temporary password. Follow the directions in the email to reset your password the next time that you log in.
- If the user ID is not valid or it does not have an associated email address, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the login page, and contact your system administrator for assistance.
