Fields and Options
These help topics provide descriptions of individual fields and options on the Invoices tab and on related dialog boxes in the Project Management workspace.

The fields on the Invoices tab above the grid provide client, contact, and accounts receivable information for the project. - Invoices Tab Grid Columns
Use the grid on the Invoices tab to review information about the invoices that are associated with the currently selected project. You can also use this grid to view, enter, or edit details and comments related to the invoices. - Draft Invoice to Approve Toolbar
Use the toolbar next to the Draft Invoice to Approve fields on the Invoices tab in the Project Management workspace to approve or reject a project's invoices. - Details for Invoice Dialog Box
Use the Details for Invoice dialog box to view all invoice, credit memo, and payment information by invoice section (Fee, Labor, Consultant, and so on). - Accounts Receivable Comments Dialog Box
Use the Accounts Receivable Comments dialog box to review, edit, add, or delete AR comments for the current project's billing client. - Additional Documentation Dialog Box
If this dialog box displays when you click for an invoice in the grid on the Invoices tab, use it to indicate which additional documents you want to view along with the invoice. - Billing Comments Dialog Box
The Billing Comments dialog box displays automatically when you approve or reject an invoice. You can also open it yourself at any other time to enter an "in process" comment.
