Switch Labor Resource Display from Hours to Currency Amounts

When you view data on the Labor Resource Assignments grid in summary view, iAccess displays information in hours for the selected work breakdown structure's resources. You can change this view to display amounts instead.

The period columns in the calendar view always displays hours.

To switch the resource display from hours to amounts or the reverse, complete the following step:

1. On the Planning toolbar, click Amounts or Hours, whichever is currently displayed. (If you only have access to the Labor page in Planning, this drop-down list is labeled Labor Amounts or Labor Hours.)
2. Select the other option on the drop-down list.

   In summary view, the Baseline, JTD, ETC, and EAC fields update with the hours or amounts, and in calendar view, the ETC field updates with the hours. The amounts in these fields are automatically rounded and summed so that the ETC amount for the selected work breakdown structure is the sum of the ETC amounts for each resource.

   The calendar periods on the Resource Assignments grid in calendar view always display hours.
