Log In to iAccess
Each time you want to use iAccess, you must enter a valid user ID and password.
iAccess may also end your session and require you to log back in if the application remains idle for a period of time (approximately 20 minutes). When you log back in, you are returned to where you were working when your session expired.
To log in to iAccess, complete the following steps:
-
Use your
iAccess URL to display the login page.
If you are working in Vision, you can also click the iAccess option on the Vision toolbar to display the login page.
- If your firm has enabled multiple languages in Vision, verify that the language displayed in the upper-right corner of the page is the correct language. To change the language, click the currently displayed language and select the one you want from the drop-down list.
- If you are logged in to Windows with your network login credentials and you want to log in to iAccess using Windows Authentication, make sure that the WINDOWS AUTHENTICATION check box (located below the DATABASE field) is selected.
-
If you are not using Windows Authentication, enter your user ID in
USER ID and your password in
PASSWORD. If you are using Windows Authentication, skip this step.
If you forget your user ID or password, click Forgot your password or User ID? above the PASSWORD field and request assistance.
You use the same user ID and password for both iAccess and Vision.
- If more than one database is available to you, click in DATABASE if you need to select a different database.
- Click Log In.
