Use the Expenses Planning grid to review planned expenses and JTD information for the project. You can also use this grid to modify

Expenses Resource Assignments Grid
In the Expenses Planning grid, you can open an Expenses Resource Assignments grid below a WBS row. Use the Resource Assignments grid to add and review planned expenses for that WBS element.
Add Expense Types Dialog Box
When you create a plan in
iAccess, use the Add Expense Types dialog box to add planned amounts for expenses.
