My Settings Dialog Box

Use the My Settings dialog box to specify a date format, decimal symbol, and digit grouping symbol. If your firm implements integration with Kona Business or GovWin IQ, you can also establish your connections to those applications from this dialog box.

To display the My Settings dialog box, complete the following steps:

1. On the iAccess toolbar, click .
2. Click My Settings.

Field	Description
DATE FORMAT	Click and select a format for displaying dates.
DECIMAL SYMBOL	Click and select the symbol (period or comma) for separating decimal digits from non-decimal digits in numbers.
DIGIT GROUPING SYMBOL	Click and select the symbol (comma or period) for grouping digits in numbers in the thousands or greater.
Kona: Connect/Disconnect	If your firm has implemented integration of iAccess with Kona Business and you are associated with the Kona Business account, click Connect next to Kona to enter your Kona log-in credentials (email address and password) and connect to Kona. If you connect to Kona from iAccess, you can do the following: In the Project Management workspace, you can create Kona spaces for your projects and use those Kona spaces to collaborate with others who are involved with those projects. In the Business Development workspace, you can create Kona spaces for the opportunities you are interested in and use those Kona spaces to collaborate with others who are involved with those opportunities. You can also create Kona tasks for touchpoints in Business Development. Once you connect to Kona, you remain connected until you click Disconnect. If your firm has not implemented Kona Business integration, the Connect button for Kona Business is not available. If your Kona credentials are already entered on the Misc tab of the User Options dialog box in Vision, they provide access to Kona from iAccess as well. You do not need to go through the connection procedure again in iAccess. If you change your Kona credentials in either Vision or iAccess, it changes them for both applications.
GovWin IQ: Connect/Disconnect	If your firm has implemented integration of iAccess with GovWin IQ, click Connect next to GovWin IQ to enter your GovWin IQ log-in credentials (email address and password) and connect to GovWin IQ. If you connect to GovWin IQ from iAccess, you can create opportunities in Business Development by downloading opportunities from GovWin IQ. Once you connect to GovWin IQ, you remain connected until you click Disconnect. If your firm has not implemented GovWin IQ integration, the Connect button for GovWin IQ is not available.
Save and Cancel	Click Save to save the current date and number settings and close the My Settings dialog box. Click Cancel to discard any unsaved changes to your date and number settings and close the My Settings dialog box. The date and number formats you select are applied immediately when you save. However, the currently displayed page may not reflect your selections until it is refreshed. The Kona and GovWin IQ connections are not affected by the Save and Cancel buttons. If you connect to Kona, for example, that connection remains in effect even if you close the My Settings dialog box without clicking Save.
