PLC Labor Summary Subtask

Use this subtask to view project labor grouped by the PLC charged.

Employee timesheet detail is posted to the Labor History table as part of the Labor Distribution posting. The process that creates the report table for the Labor Summary Report summarizes this information by project, fiscal year, period, and PLC. Because data displayed in this table window is from the Project Labor Summary Report table, you must create that table for the project needed before using the inquiry.

View Project Activity by Level

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type from the main screen.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.

Project

This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Organization

This non-editable field displays either the owning or performing organization of the project depending on the selection made on the main screen.

Period of Performance

This non-editable field displays the period of performance for the project.

Customer Name

This non-editable field displays the customer name for the project.

Contract Value

These non-editable fields display the contract value for the project.

Cost

This non-editable field displays the cost portion of the contract value for this project.

Fee

This non-editable field displays the fee portion of the contract value for this project.

Total

This non-editable field displays the total contract value for this project.

Hours

These non-editable fields display the hours by period, YTD, and ITD for the PLC.

Amount

These non-editable fields display the amount by period, YTD, and ITD for the PLC.

PLC Labor Summary Child

The labor summary table window summarizes labor charges for the project and organization selected by PLC. The table window displays period-to-date, year-to-date (YTD), and inception-to-date (ITD) hours and amounts charged to each PLC. The current period is the one you selected, and is carried forward from the main screen. The YTD and ITD fields are as of the period selected.

PLC

This non-editable field displays the PLC that was charged to this project.

PLC Description

This non-editable field displays the description of the PLC displayed in the PLC field.

Period Hours

This non-editable field displays the period hours associated with this project and PLC.

Period Amount

This non-editable field displays the period amount associated with this project and PLC.

YTD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on a year-to-date basis associated with this project and PLC.

YTD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on a year-to-date basis associated with this project and PLC.

ITD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on an inception-to-date basis associated with this project and PLC.

ITD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on an inception-to-date basis associated with this project and PLC.
