Use this subtask to better understand and track what type of skills to look for when you hire employees
Field | Description |
---|---|
Skill | Enter any skills that are required for the job template/requisition. This field can be manually populated in this screen or automatically through the Deltek Planning module's Advanced Search screen in the Project Budges/EACs, New Business Budgets, and Resource Planning applications |
Skill Description | This field displays the description for the entered skill code. |
Notes | Enter any notes about the skill. For example, "This skill is good to have but not required for applicants." |
