Use the Costpoint People domain to manage your human resources, payroll, leave, labor, compensation and benefits information, run employee-related data integrations, and access manager and employee self service applications.
Attention: If you use Internet Explorer and the Costpoint Help does not display correctly, you need to turn off Compatibility View for the browser. Click
, and clear the
Display intranet sites in Compatibility View check box. Then refresh the browser. Make sure you remove deltek.com (if listed) from the Web sites you have added to Compatibility View list.

Costpoint Personnel provides applications for managing the company's information that is related to personnel, security, property, position requisitions, and work-related inquiries/illnesses. - Affirmative Action
The Costpoint Affirmative Action module is used to track employees by gender and by ethnic group. - Benefits
Use Costpoint Benefits to establish controls for benefits plans, premium and coverage amounts, and benefit plan information that can be used when accessing the applications under the Employee Benefit Information menu in Costpoint Employee. - Employee Self Service
The Employee Self Service module provides smart and easy-to-use solutions for your Human Resources (HR) and Payroll needs.
