Follow the steps below to copy a record.

Open the application where you want to copy a particular record.

Search for the record that you want to copy.
You can use
Query in the table window to search for it.

Select the record, click
Copy, and then select
Copy Record. The other options in the
Copy menu are:

Use this option to copy the line to Microsoft Excel. |

Select this to copy the line into another parent record. |

Select this if you just copied a line and want to paste it on the table window. |

Select this to paste a line from Microsoft Excel. |

Enter primary key(s) and any other information that you want to change.

Save.
