Duplicate Projects

Use this toolkit to duplicate projects.

This utility is for performance testing purposes only and should not be executed in production database environments. When you run this application, it duplicates the following data:

• Project Basics: Core project details (name, type, dates, cost ceilings, billing flags, etc.)
• Project Structure: Project level structures and parent/child relationships
• Revenue Setup: Revenue formula codes, risk flags, revenue adjustments, and related data
• Billing Information: Billing setup details (billing formulas, currency, retention, invoice relationships, etc.)
• Government Contracting and Modifications: Government contract-specific fields, project modifications, and award fees
• Ceiling and Cost/Hours Constraints: Cost/hours ceilings by pool/account or labor category, employee- or vendor-specific ceilings on hours/cost
• Labor and Vendor Information: Employee assignments, labor categories, vendor information, and rate schedule lines
• Accounting/Org History: Historical data and accounting links (organization and account combinations)
• Project History and Summaries: Labor history, general ledger postings, cost/burden summaries for each period, PSR data, etc.
• Reporting Data: Various reporting summary tables (unbilled amounts, revenue summaries, time & material analysis, etc.)
• Overridden Fees or Multipliers: Overridden burden/direct cost fees or multipliers
• Time-Related Orders and Cost-of-Goods: Time & material orders, cost-of-goods-sold data, and project deliverables tracking
• History Versions of Key Tables: Older/fiscal-year-based data stored in history tables (e.g., HS_PROJ, HS_PROJ_BILL_INFO)

Warning: You must coordinate with your DBA before running this utility, as it may generate large volumes of data and permanently alter the data in the database.
