UDT04S
Use this screen to maintain UDT04 records in stand-alone Time & Expense installations, or in co-deployed installations, to view data that populates from directly from Costpoint.
When Time & Expense is co-deployed with Costpoint, the fields on this screen populate directly from Costpoint and are display-only. Note also that records cannot be added, copied, or deleted. Depending on how your company uses UDT04, records and field values can be modified from one of the following Costpoint screens:
UDT04 is used for the Reference 1 field. You use it only if employees need to change their Reference 1 code in the system or if reports using Reference 1 code are required.
