PLC Labor Summary Subtask

Use this subtask to view project labor grouped by the Project Labor Category (PLC) charged.

Employee timesheet detail is posted to the Labor History table as part of the Labor Distribution posting.

The process used to create the report table for the Labor Summary Report summarizes this information by project, fiscal year, period, and PLC. Since data displayed in this table window is from the Project Labor Summary Report table, you must create that table for the project needed before using the inquiry.

View Project Activity

Field Description
Rate Type

This non-editable field displays the rate type for the Project Labor Category.

Fiscal Year

This non-editable field displays the fiscal year in which the transaction was posted.

Period

This non-editable field displays the period in which the transaction was posted.

Project

This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.

Organization

This non-editable field displays organization that was charged on the timesheet.

Period of Performance

This non-editable field displays the period of performance of the project.

Customer Name

This non-editable field displays the customer name for the project.

Contract Value

These non-editable fields display the contract value for the project.

Field Description
Cost

This non-editable field displays the cost portion of the contract value.

Fee

This non-editable field displays the fee portion of the contract value.

Total

This non-editable field displays the total contract value.

Hours

These non-editable fields display the hours by period, YTD, and ITD for the PLC.

Amount

These non-editable fields display the amount by period, YTD, and ITD for the PLC.

PLC Labor Summary Child

The labor summary table window summarizes labor charges for the project and organization selected by PLC. The table window displays period-to-date, year-to-date, and inception-to-date hours and amounts charged to each PLC. The current period is the one you selected, and is carried forward from the main screen. The year-to-date (YTD) and inception-to-date (ITD) fields are as of the period selected.

PLC

This non-editable field displays the PLC that was charged to this project.

PLC Description

This non-editable field displays the description of the PLC displayed in the PLC field.

Period Hours

This non-editable field displays the period hours associated with this project and the PLC.

Period Amount

This non-editable field displays the period amount associated with this project and the PLC.

YTD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on a year-to-date basis associated with this project and the PLC.

YTD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on a year-to-date basis associated with this project and the PLC.

ITD Hours

This non-editable field displays the hours on an inception-to-date basis associated with this project and the PLC.

ITD Amount

This non-editable field displays the amount on an inception-to-date basis associated with this project and the PLC.
