Offboard Employees
Use this application to assign termination dates to individual employees or groups of employees.
Before proceeding, ensure you have set up at least one Offboard Configuration on the Manage Offboard Configurations screen. This setup will allow you to specify:
- Whether the terminated employee's status should be changed to Inactive in the Manage Employee Information screen.
- Whether any Costpoint User IDs assigned to the terminated employee should be deactivated, including the deactivation date.
On this screen, you can enter the employee's last working day, the reason for their termination, their rehire eligibility, their personal email address, and any comments related to the termination.
