Manage Offboard Configurations
Use this screen to specify the rules to be used when processing employees in the Offboard Employees screen.
The Manage Offboard Configurations screen allows you to:
- Create unique offboarding steps for each employee types and provide detail descriptions for each configuration.
- Specify whether the terminated employee's status should be set to Inactive on the Manage Employee Information screen.
- Specify whether an employee's Costpoint user account should be deactivated on the employee's termination date, the day after the employee's termination date, or on a date specified by the user that runs the offboarding process.

Changes to the Manage Offboard Configurations screen update the OFFBOARD_CONFIG and OFFBOARD_CONFIG_ADT tables.
