Paychex Export Report

After you create the export file, you can review the Pachex Export Report in a Preview window.

The Paychex Export Report contains the following information for each employee listed in the export file:

• Employee number

• Paychex Employee number

• Employee name

• Employee Social Security number

• Deduction or Earning code

• Hour code

• Total hours

• Batch ID code

• Client code number

• Employee total hours

If you use Vision Multicompany, only the timesheets for the active company are included.
