Locked Transaction Files Form

Use the Locked Transaction Files form to unlock transaction files that were left in a locked state because an error occurred during posting.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Locked Transaction Files.

Contents

Field Description
Transaction Type Select a transaction type from the drop-down list. Vision displays all the transaction files for that transaction type.
Show only transactions created by me Select this option to limit the number of transactions displayed.
Reset Click this option to unlock/reset selected transaction files.
