Use this utility whenever you need to review which applications Vision users are accessing and the date/time of their most recent activity. - Disable User Logins
You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin Security role are still able to log on. - Enable User Logins
You can enable user logins for all users after you are done with the task that required you to disable logins. - Send an Email Message to Users
You can send an email message to users if you need people to log off Vision so that you can perform maintenance tasks.
