Initialize 1099 Data

Initialize 1099 data after you complete Accounts Payable processing for the 1099 year that is ending.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To initialize for a new 1099 year, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > 1099 Initialization.
2. On the 1099 Initialization dialog box, review the data.
3. Click Initialize.
