Delete a General Ledger Budget Group

You can delete a general ledger budget group.

Prerequisite: Open a General Ledger budget group.

To delete a budget group, complete the following steps:

  1. On the toolbar, click Delete General Ledger Group.
  2. In response to the confirmation prompt, click Yes.
Note: When you delete a General Ledger Budget group, any information associated with the individual general ledger budgets are not deleted.

If you are using approvals for General Ledger budgets, you cannot delete budgets that are submitted for approval.
