Zoom or Scroll on the Gantt Chart

You can zoom in on or scroll across your view of the Gantt chart.

To zoom or scroll on the Gantt chart, complete the following steps:

1. On the Schedule tab, click anywhere in the chart, right-click and select Show All. The display expands to show the entire chart.
2. Use any of the following options to zoom or scroll on the chart:
   • Use the mouse wheel, mouse pad, or page up and down to zoom in and out to look at the Gantt chart. When you zoom out, the scale changes to a larger scale. When you zoom in, the chart changes to a smaller scale.
   • Click and drag the mouse arrow or use the left and right arrows to scroll horizontally.
   • Use the vertical scrollbar or use the up and down arrows to scroll vertically.
