Key Convert Liability Codes Form Use the Key Convert Liability Codes form to change one or more liability codes throughout Vision. Parent Topic: Screens Location To display the form, complete the following step: From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Liability Codes. Contents Field Description Combine Existing Liability Codes Select this option if you want to consolidate existing codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing liability code in the New Liability Code field. Liability Code Select the liability code(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Liability Code lookup to select one liability code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Liability Code Lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all liability codes. Name Displays the name of the liability code. Click this field to go to Liability Code Setup, where you can modify liability code data. New Liability Code Enter a new liability code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Liability Codes option, you can enter an existing liability code.
