If you create a space for a
project in Kona, you can link that space to the
project and then access the space from the
Project Info Center when you display the
project record.
Prerequisites:
Vision must be configured to integrate with Kona Business on the Miscellaneous tab of the General System Settings form, and you must logged on to Kona on the Misc tab on the User Options dialog box.
To link a
project to an existing Kona space, complete the following steps:

Display the
project in the
Project Info Center.

On the General tab, select the space in the
Kona Space field.
The Kona space displays below the field.
When you use this procedure to link a
project to a Kona space, employees listed on the Team tab are not automatically invited to join the space. The space owner can use Kona to invite employees to join.
