Approve or Reject a Budget

If you have the authority to do so, you can approve or reject a General Ledger budget that has been submitted for approval.

Prerequisite: Open a General Ledger budget.

To approve or reject a budget that has been submitted, complete the following steps:

1. On the toolbar, click Approvals > Approve or Approvals > Reject.
2. Optional. Add a comment in the Approve or Reject text box, and click OK.
