Change a Line Item's Quantity

You can increase or decrease the quantity for a line item.

To change a line item's quantity, complete the following steps:

1. On the Line Items grid of the Purchase Orders form, click .

   Vision adds a new row to the grid.

2. Complete this new row for the item.
3. To change the quantity, enter the amount in the Qty field.

   To increase the order, enter this amount as a positive number.

   To decrease the order, enter this amount as a negative number.

4. Click Save.
