Credit Control To Dos

  • Credit Limit: The Credit Controller receives notification when the credit limit exceeds the preset percentage, such as 75% of 1.000.000.
  • Collection Activity : The user / assigned employee receives notification, when an event follow-up date is either today or in the past.

Credit Control Tips

Make sure credit control notifications have been created and added to the users:

  • Notifications > > Setup > > GroupTypes > > Credit Control WSC
  • Users > > Users > > Groups > > CreditControl WSC
